Note, all resin colors are mixed and poured by hand. As a result, each piece is one of a kind and will include inevitable variations in its color, swirl pattern and opacity. This is part of its beauty and is not a fault of the product.

These resin pieces are for cold food presentation only and do not like heat. Please don’t use the dishwasher, oven or microwave.
They can be washed in warm water when needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or cloths, as they may scratch or damage the surface. Rub with a gentle cloth and a drop of cooking oil to restore their sheen.
Please take care when handling - a hard knock or drop will likely result in breakage.
All resin pieces are food-safe and pass required testing.

Most items purchased online though the Pigment website may be returned for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Online returns are subject to a $9 processing fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Items purchased in store may be returned for store credit only and must be returned within 30 days.

Items purchased online for local pickup may be returned for a refund within 10 days or store credit within 30 days.

Products must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized. 

Items exempt from returns or exchanges include: gift cards, workshops, some heath & personal care items, perishable goods (food, beverages, plants, etc.), face masks, sale items, furniture, rugs, custom made and special order items, and bulk orders of pots/planters exceeding 6 units. All swim is final sale.
